Ashley Roberts

Ashley Roberts is a broadcaster, television host, musician and author, and a former member of The Pussycat Dolls. The Grammy-nominated group sold more than 55 million records worldwide, and Ashley has since built a broadcasting career in the UK across radio, prime-time television and streaming.

She joined Heart Breakfast in 2019 and is part of the presenting team on the weekday show, which reaches more than four million listeners. In 2022 she helped launch Heart 00s, where she presents her own Saturday show.

On television Ashley has hosted Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway on ITV, The Real Dirty Dancing on E4 and Dance Monsters for Netflix, as well as two seasons of NBC's 1st Look in the United States. She was a judge on ITV's Dancing on Ice for two series and a guest judge on BBC One's Let It Shine.

Audiences also know her as a contestant who went the distance: she was runner-up on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2012 and on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018. Her comedy and acting work includes regular roles on The Keith Lemon Sketch Show and Coming In America, and in 2019 she made her West End debut as Dawn in the musical Waitress.

In 2025 she published her first book, Breathwork, with Bonnier Books. It brings together breathing exercises, affirmations and meditations for mental and physical wellbeing, and reflects a practice she talks about openly as part of managing a demanding broadcasting schedule.
