Know Yourself, Find Your Path

What is your talent? Some people think their talent lies hidden in things they have never done since childhood, but the opposite is true. Talent is hidden in the things you do effortlessly and constantly in your daily life, without even realizing it. That's precisely why it's so hard to recognize, because your talent comes so easily to you that you assume it comes just as easily to everyone else, but it doesn't. Just as a fish cannot see the water it swims in, you cannot see your talent, even though it is woven into every corner of your life.

The seminar “Know Yourself, Find Your Way” offers you easy exercises to get to know yourself better and discover your talent. Let's explore it together...

Meet Your Shadow

“There is no day without night; every person has a shadow.”

In this seminar, I invite you to discover the qualities you have buried in your garden through storytelling, creative writing, and art therapy. Because once you discover them, you can build more peaceful and harmonious relationships with yourself and your surroundings.

Your Life, Your Story!

Storytelling: The Art of Making Others Feel and See

You create your life not by living it, but by telling it. That's why it's so important for people to discover their role as storytellers... In your daily life, what do you say about your own life and experiences, what do you notice, what do you feel, and what do you make others feel?

By opening the doors of your senses, you are invited to become aware of life and make a difference in your life!

Remove the Limits of Your Mind!

What would change in our lives if we silenced the voice that says it's impossible?

Imagination invites us to live more fully. But like a muscle, the more we exercise it, the greater its capacity to take us further... In this hands-on seminar, we will exercise our creativity with pen in hand. We will allow our imaginative side to take flight.

Change Begins with Stories!

Change doesn't start by changing rules; we have stories rooted within us, we believe in them, and without changing them, our behavior won't change either. How about we look at the stories within us and air them out in this seminar?

Another Fairy Tale Is Possible

In this talk, our speaker Judith Liberman offers a different perspective on the representation of women in classic fairy tales, suggesting that fairy tales can be used as a transformative tool. She points out that characters like Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, and Cinderella have been portrayed for years as passive and submissive, and that these narratives convey rootless, burdensome, and restrictive messages to girls. However, she emphasizes that the solution is not to reject these fairy tales entirely, but to reinterpret them and approach them with a different perspective.

According to Liberman, the female power we cannot see in fairy tales is actually connected to our own inner power that we do not want to see in our lives. Drawing on Lao Tzu's words, “If you change your perspective, what you see changes,” she suggests rediscovering the power of female characters in fairy tales and bringing this awareness into our lives. Encouraging us to turn inward by seeing the silent heroism of women from the past and to develop a more compassionate and courageous attitude toward ourselves in the areas where we struggle, this talk invites us to transform ourselves as much as it transforms fairy tales.

Storytelling

In her talk, speaker Judith Liberman emphasizes that storytelling is not just about conveying information, but is an art of connecting and creating emotion. Highlighting the difference between speaking and storytelling, she points out that storytelling opens up a visual and emotional space in the listener, making the message more effective, memorable, and spreadable. She positions storytelling not just as a fun activity, but as a powerful communication tool.

According to Liberman, storytelling, which is often pushed to the background in the business world with the excuse that “we don't have time,” is actually a natural skill that can be built in seconds. In this seminar, she wants to show participants how easy, accessible, and effective storytelling can be. While reminding us that every individual has countless stories to tell, she reveals how these stories, when used correctly, can transform presentations, visions, and leadership communication. The talk invites us to the art of storytelling, which is at the heart of sincerity, impact, and emotional intelligence.

Mindfulness in Life

In her talk, speaker Judith Liberman defines mindfulness not only as a practice done sitting on a meditation cushion, but as a state of awareness that we can experience by focusing on everyday moments in the flow of life. Understanding those who cannot find time for meditation amid busy schedules, she explains how we can incorporate mindfulness into the natural rhythm of life. Liberman shares how she unconsciously experienced mindfulness while working with ceramics, music, and art, emphasizing that conscious awareness is not just a technique but a state experienced with genuine attention.

Throughout the talk, she uses creative metaphors to create awareness in ordinary moments of life: the “play button” that starts with the morning alarm, the “pause button” that stops the moment, the “stop button” that symbolizes the transition to sleep, and the mental buttons we use to remember or imagine the future... Liberman reminds us that living is not just about surviving; true mindfulness is about feeling the moments, touching them, and consciously accompanying the rhythm of life. This talk is a warm, fluid, and inspiring invitation for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness through practice rather than theory.

Your Imagination Is Your Superpower

In this talk, speaker Judith Liberman emphasizes that imagination is not just a child's game or a meaningless wish; it is one of humanity's deepest intellectual abilities and a true “superpower.” She criticizes society for limiting imagination to ideas that seem unusual or impossible; because while we consider a child's desire to be an astronaut as imagination, we trivialize their desire to be an accountant, which actually reflects our limited perspective as adults. Imagination is the courage to go beyond expectations of reality.

According to Liberman, dreaming is not just planning or setting goals, but the ability to feel what does not yet exist. As research shows, dreaming can contribute not only to developing mental abilities but also to physical healing. However, in the modern age, this power has begun to weaken amid distractions and a culture of speed. This talk invites us to rediscover our imagination and use it actively to chart a creative course for our personal and collective future. Because every innovation begins with the courage to see what does not yet exist.

Let's Free Ourselves from the Stories that Imprison Us

In this talk, our speaker Judith Liberman explains how the stories we tell about ourselves and others can turn into an invisible cage. She emphasizes that the human mind perceives every event through existing story filters; therefore, we often fail to notice the new possibilities that life offers. Recalling that research shows lottery winners return to their previous emotional states within a few months, she argues that it is our internal narratives, rather than external circumstances, that shape our life experiences.

Liberman uses the metaphor of the elephant and the rider to illustrate the powerful influence of emotions and how logic attempts to make sense of them, helping us break free from these mental patterns. This talk invites us on a journey to create more inclusive, flexible, and liberating stories by rekindling our sense of curiosity. Because change begins with the courage to step into a new story.

Creating a New Culture Through Storytelling

In this talk, our speaker Judith Liberman explains how storytelling builds deep connections between individuals and how these connections can reshape an organizational culture. She emphasizes that simply living together or being in the same environment does not truly bring people closer; true understanding is only possible through witnessing stories. Stories not only make people visible, but also build trust, creating a common ground of belonging.

According to Liberman, incorporating storytelling is critical to increasing sincerity and trust in internal communication, reducing conflict, and directing human energy efficiently. Yet many organizations still view storytelling as a “waste of time.” However, stories can replace toxic competition with collaboration, anxiety with motivation, and mediocrity with innovation. This talk makes a powerful call for transformation, arguing that an organization that tells stories can change not only its narrative but also its culture.

Resilience Program

Our speaker Judith Liberman's “Resilience Program” offers a three-stage, 9-week hybrid training format designed to increase individuals' psychological resilience and help them maintain inner balance while adapting to a changing world. The program structure consists of online modules supported by practical video content each week, along with in-person awareness and sincerity-based experiential workshops. This three-part structure invites participants to a holistic transformation centered on body, heart, and mind, under the headings: I am not a robot, Peace at home, peace in the world, and Another story is possible.

The first section aims to reconnect with the body, targeting sensory capacity and anxiety regulation; the second section explores ways to establish inner peace and build gentler relationships. The third and final section aims to recognize and transform mental patterns and create new, more liberating narratives instead of old, limiting stories. Judith Liberman emphasizes that strengthening the psychological immune system in this program is critical not only for overcoming difficult times but also for innovative perspectives and sustainable internal communication. The program aims to guide individuals toward a more flexible, creative, and peaceful lifestyle in both their personal and professional lives.
