Julian Treasure is the world's foremost expert in transforming how people connect and listen through the power of conscious communication. His TED Talk, How to Speak So That People Want to Listen, is the sixth-most-viewed TED Talk of all time with over 45 million views globally. In our increasingly noisy and chaotic world, Julian tackles broken communication that drives workplace inefficiency, team disconnection, and misunderstanding. Through his proven approach to re-skilling individuals, teams, and organisations in conscious listening and powerful speaking, he delivers measurable improvements in productivity, engagement, and collaboration. Following a distinguished career as a musician with several leading indie bands, Julian Treasure transitioned to become the world's leading authority on conscious communication, dedicating over two decades to transforming how individuals and organisations connect through sound and listening. For the past 20 years Julian has worked with global brands helping them to design effective sound in their physical spaces, branding and marketing initiatives.
