Lea is a multi-award-winning behavioural scientist and founder of Mindscope, the first behavioural science lab specialising in the new era of influence across technology, entertainment, culture and commerce. Named a “pioneer in the field of Behavioural Science” by Campaign Magazine, she is recognised for transforming complex human behaviour into practical insights that drive both commercial growth and social change. As a Behavioural Advisor and Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, Lea helps shape how behavioural science informs the media and marketing industry. She worked with major brands including the BBC, TikTok, Google and Amex, and speaks regularly at global events such as Cannes Lions, SXSW and the Royal Television Society Convention.
