What Will Humans Do in the Age of AI?

AI is no longer a “future promise”; it is today’s operational reality. When AI handles the shallow work, what remains uniquely human? This keynote cuts through the hype to examine AI’s real state in 2026, from autonomous agents to corporate ROI crises, EU regulations to capability gaps.

The CEO's AI Battle: No Strategy, No Technology

AI strategy is no longer the CTO’s agenda; it is the CEO’s problem. Yet in many organisations AI is still delegated to “the young person”. The company does not transform until the leader transforms.

From AI Strategy to Execution

Most strategies fail at the execution stage, costing organisations significant revenue. AI, and particularly autonomous agents, is redesigning the entire chain from strategy formulation to execution.

AI for Sales Professionals

AI-equipped sales teams spend significantly more time in client meetings and see major efficiency gains in proposal generation and pipeline management.

AI for Marketing Professionals

Marketing teams using AI run more campaigns with the same headcount, monitor performance in real time, and automatically redistribute budget across channels.

AI for HR Professionals: From Recruitment to Employee Experience

AI handles HR’s most time-consuming processes: CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding workflows and competency tracking, freeing HR professionals for strategic, human-centred work.

AI for Finance Professionals: From Invoice Processing to Compliance

Finance departments using AI dramatically reduce processing times and can scan vast transaction volumes for anomalies in real time.

AI for Legal Professionals: From Contract Review to Regulatory Compliance

Legal departments use AI to shorten contract review cycles and automate risk classification, allowing legal teams to focus on high-value advisory work.

AI Literacy: Corporate Competency Programme

Companies cannot keep up with new competency demands. In 2026 AI literacy is a baseline requirement at every level of the organisation, not just for technical teams.

AI Governance: You Can't Scale What You Can't Control

The EU AI Act comes into force for high-risk systems in August 2026. Most organisations are working on AI governance programmes, but many do not know where to start.

AI ROI: Reckoning Day for the Investment

AI spending has reached trillions globally, yet many organisations still cannot demonstrate positive ROI. The problem is not the technology; it is culture, workflow and measurement.

Autonomous AI Agents Masterclass: From Chatbot to Business Partner

2026’s fastest-growing AI category is autonomous agents. You no longer ask AI questions; you give it tasks and it executes workflows.

AI-Powered Supply Chain and Operations Transformation

Demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, supplier risk analysis and logistics planning: AI is redesigning the most complex operational processes.

AI and Customer Experience: From Personalisation to Loyalty

Customer experience is now an AI-powered system that is personalised, predictive and proactive, transforming how brands build and maintain relationships at scale.

AI Security and Cyber Risk: The Threat Companies Are Ignoring

While AI empowers companies, attackers are using it too. Organisations must understand the new threat landscape where AI is both sword and shield.

AI-Powered Product Development and Innovation

AI fundamentally changes the product development cycle. User research, hypothesis validation, prototyping and testing move from weeks to hours.

Leadership in the Age of AI: Transforming People, Not Just Technology

CEOs are now the primary decision-makers for AI strategy. But AI leadership is not about technical skills; it is about cultural transformation, ethical judgment and human-centred strategy.

AI Ethics: Speed or Responsibility?

AI accelerates everything, and with speed comes compounded risk. Ethics is not an AI “nice-to-have”; it is the foundation of sustainable, trustworthy adoption.

AI-Powered Growth Marketing: Sector-Specific Strategies

Every sector has different growth dynamics. Strip AI from its sectoral context and it becomes a generic automation tool. This keynote maps AI strategy to sector-specific value chains.

Yuce Zerey's Biography

Yüce Zerey was born in Bursa, Turkey in 1979. After graduating from Bursa Erkek Lisesi (Bursa High School), he earned his degree in Economics from both the London School of Economics and Istanbul Bilgi University, followed by a Master’s in Economics from Marmara University and an MBA from Bilgi University.

He built his career at the intersection of marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation. Over 25 years he held senior executive roles at some of the world’s most iconic brands, from Ülker, Turkish Airlines and The Coca-Cola Company to Unilever and Hepsiburada, spanning local, regional and global responsibilities. His work has been recognised with more than 165 industry awards.

He began his career in marketing at Ülker, one of Turkey’s largest FMCG companies, best known for its acquisition of the world-famous chocolatier Godiva. There he gained his foundational experience in brand management and consumer marketing within a fast-moving, multi-category portfolio.

At Turkish Airlines he served as Head of Digital Marketing, Brand and Sales, leading the airline’s global digital brand transformation as it repositioned from a regional carrier to a global aviation brand serving 165 countries. His scope covered digital commerce, brand strategy and direct-to-consumer sales channels.

At The Coca-Cola Company he held the role of Interactive Marketing Group Manager for Turkey, Central Asia and the Caucasus, responsible for the region’s full digital marketing and integrated communications strategy. His work on integrating traditional and digital marketing measurement was adopted as a standard across the global Coca-Cola system.

At Unilever he served as Digital and Marketing Transformation Director for the NAMETRUB region, spanning North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus across 38 countries. He led digital capability building and marketing transformation, and built the region’s first dedicated in-house content studio, bringing creative production that had previously been fully outsourced under internal control.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Hepsiburada, Turkey’s largest e-commerce platform and a NASDAQ-listed company, he held full P&L ownership for the marketing organisation, covering brand, performance marketing, CRM and communications across all channels. Under his leadership the brand rose to the number one position in its category, and he launched and scaled the company’s signature shopping event into an industry-wide phenomenon in Turkish e-commerce.

He served 18 years as an MBA lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University, teaching Interactive Marketing and Content Marketing, designing graduate-level curricula and supervising over 100 thesis projects. He also held board-level roles as Vice Chairman of FUPS, a fintech company that evolved into a licensed digital bank, and as a Board Member of Beşiktaş JK, one of Turkey’s largest sports institutions.

Today he operates at the frontier of AI-powered business transformation:

Founder & CEO of Growingo AI — an AI-first marketing consultancy operating across Turkey, Singapore and the United States, serving enterprise clients in FMCG, fintech, entertainment and e-commerce.

Partner, CMO & CGO at AI Yapım — the world’s first AI-native content production company, backed by the Emmy-winning studio AY Yapım. He leads global growth strategy, brand positioning and platform partnerships with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV+.

Board Member & Partner at Wise&Rise — a startup acceleration and investment platform, where he contributes marketing strategy, growth frameworks and investment due diligence.

Yüce is a published author of five books with Doğan Kitap, one of Turkey’s leading publishers: The Profesyonel (2014), Fabrika Ayarlarına Dön / Reset to Factory Settings (2017), Mima (2019), İstila / Invasion (2023), and Ekranı Kapat Hayatını Aç / Turn Off the Screen, Open Your Life (2025). His writing explores the tension between technology as an amplifier of human potential and technology as a replacement for human experience. His earlier columns appeared in Radikal Newspaper, CNN Türk and Tuhaf Magazine.

He is the host of Yapay Zeka ve Ötesi (AI and Beyond), Turkey’s only prime-time AI television programme, broadcast every Monday at 20:00 on CNBC-e. In each episode he interviews experts from business, art, health and education on the societal, economic and ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Yuce Zerey

Yüce’s primary territory is AI strategy and corporate transformation. His talks are organised into four streams: AI & Transformation (from board-level strategy to function-specific adoption), Marketing, Customer Experience & Growth, Business Influencer and Master Class Workshops. Leadership in the age of AI, AI governance and data-led marketing are the most requested themes.

Keynotes are the most common engagement, followed by hands-on Master Class workshops, panel moderation and function-specific sessions for sales, marketing, HR, finance and legal teams. Length and format are agreed with the organiser to fit the wider programme.

Yes. He designs corporate AI literacy programmes, multi-session Master Class series and closed workshops for executive teams. As Founder and CEO of Growingo AI he brings the consulting side, and he taught marketing at Istanbul Bilgi University for 18 years, supervising over 100 theses.

Organisations that cannot show a return on AI investment, that start transformation with technology but stall on people, or that cannot trace where marketing spend goes. The gap between strategy and execution, AI governance and customer experience transformation are his core territory.

Boards and C-level teams, marketing and e-commerce organisations, sales and HR functions, and partner or dealer conferences. Executive roles at Ülker, Turkish Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever and Hepsiburada mean he speaks the language of both the boardroom and the front line.

Case-led and built for application. He draws on 25 years of executive experience and transformation programmes he ran himself, leaving audiences with measurable outcomes and next steps rather than theory. Hosting a prime-time television programme has sharpened his ability to make complex technology plain.

His topic architecture is already sector-specific, with dedicated growth marketing sessions for automotive, healthcare, technology, financial services and FMCG. After the brief, cases and examples are rebuilt around the organisation’s sector and the seniority of the audience.

Yes. He delivers keynotes in English at international conference level. Regional responsibility across 38 countries at Unilever, global digital transformation across 165 countries at Turkish Airlines, and Growingo AI’s operations in Türkiye, Singapore and the United States underpin that international experience.
